Crystal Springs Children’s Sunday

Crystal Springs celebrated Children’s Sunday on May 17 as part of the Tongan Family Month calendar. In Tongan tradition, each Sunday in May is dedicated to honoring different members of the family. The first Sunday is usually Children’s Sunday, followed by Mother’s Day on the second Sunday and Father’s Day on the third Sunday. This year, however, Children’s Sunday was moved to the third Sunday by special request.

The service was a joyful and meaningful celebration as the children, dressed in white, took part throughout the program. They sang worship songs, recited scriptures, and performed a special play for the congregation. Their participation reflected the importance of faith, family, and encouraging the younger generation within the Tongan community.

The celebration brought families together and highlighted the talents, dedication, and spiritual growth of the children. It was a special day filled with worship, unity, and pride as the congregation supported and celebrated the next generation.
