Caregivers Support Group
Our caregivers support group meets every 3rd Monday of the month, from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm in the Fireside Room. See Calendar.
We are a mutual support group who want to help you find good solutions to the challenges involved in taking care of persons with handicaps. Many within our group have personal experience solving such problems and we also have books and equipment to lend.
There’s no need to hire a sitter if your loved ones can come by car. You can bring them with you since we have someone to stay with them in an adjoining room so we can talk privately. Handicapped parking is up the hill near the meeting rooms.
If you have scheduling problems you are welcome to come late or leave early. Or, if our regular meeting time does not work for you please call Dianne Weitzel at (650) 867-7298 to discuss other ways to take advantage of our group.
If you are a caregiver or wish to support caregivers, please join with us. It is not necessary to be a church member to attend. For questions please call our church office or email crystalspringsumc@gmail.com.
