Neighborhood Health Fair 5/10/2014

What: Community Health Fair
Date:  Saturday, May 10th, 2014
Time: 10 am – 2 pm
Where: Highlands Recreation Center, 1851 Lexington Avenue, San Mateo, CA
Cost: FREE.  Church members are specifically invited whether you reside in the Highlands or not.

This big neighborhood health event will have approximately 30 exhibitors and four guest speakers.  It is for all ages and will be a good place to collect a wide variety of health information.  Come get your questions answered and see what’s available to help you improve your own family’s health.

Crystal Springs United Church is planning to have a table at this fair.  We will provide a flyer about our meditation groups, our website, and materials promoting other church activities.    If you would be willing for a short time (e.g., 30 minutes) while at the fair  please help us man the table so the church becomes more visible to interested neighbors.   Contact Esther at the church office or call her at  (650) 345-2381.   You don’t have to know anything about meditation … we just need someone to hand out flyers and answer simple general questions about the church.  

This local Community Health Fair is co-hosted by The Highlands Recreation Center and Highlands Senior Network in association with Assemblymember Kevin Mullin.  It is for all residents in the Highlands Community including members of CSUMC.
