Centering Prayer Meditation Workshop 8/8/2014

This free Centering Prayer Meditation Introductory Workshop includes both instruction and practice in meditation techniques that foster contemplative prayer and practice in your everyday life. During each session there will be a period of meditation followed by group discussion and questions. The workshop will be held on Friday, August 8th, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the church.
