Guest Oboeist (Hannah Koury) for Sunday Service 11/29/2015

Hannah Koury is in 12th grade at Aragon High School. At school, she is involved in the Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble. She has been playing oboe for six years now, and also has been playing piano for over ten years. This year, Hannah also joined her high school’s women’s a cappella group and she is enjoying it very much. Furthermore, she is currently playing oboe and keyboard in the pit orchestra of Aragon’s fall musical “Seussical”. Her oboe teacher is Julie Berk, and Hannah has been studying with her for all of her six years on the oboe. Outside of school, Hannah is in the Peninsula Youth Orchestra – for her second year now.  Besides music, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
