SUMMARY:Why Was Jesus Baptized?
DESCRIPTION:On Sunday\, January 12\, at Crystal Springs UMC we will celebrate the First Sunday after Epiphany and the Baptism of the Lord.  Our guest preacher\, Taniela Fukofuka\, will speak on the topic “Why Was Jesus Baptized?” based on the Scripture in Luke 3\, which describes John’s baptism of Jesus.  Our choir\, under the direction of Bill Alley\, will sing “Spirit of God\, Descend Upon My Heart\,” and jazz pianist Jeffrey Chin will play his own arrangements of three well-known hymns. \nAfter the service we will gather for fellowship and refreshments in the Fireside Room. \nWe hope to welcome you as part of our Crystal Springs family this coming Sunday. \nSee you then! \nSHARE this Page via your:EmailFacebookTwitterMoreLinkedInPinterestRedditTumblr
